An Appeal for your mercy………. From a young women who fights for her life from Cancer. The woman’s name is Poongodi,aged about 18 years old affected with Uterus Cancer immediately after her marriage. Now Cancer started to spread to other parts at swift pace and invade into a major part of her lungs too. Ms. Poongodi and her husband are merely daily wages coolies leading a life between hand and mouth. Fortunately this type of cancer at this stage can be treated with Drugs, but it takes 35,000 rupees a month. She needs treatment for 6 cycles thus making the total cost of treatment to 2,10,000. If untreated the Cancer will creep in to her brain and will put an end to her life. Harshamitra through their Charitable Trust “Rose Garden”, taking her plight in mind, donated Rs.1,20,000/- towards the hospital charges. She requires another 90,000 for purchase of medicines. As such, she appealed for your mercy to get her life back. We too, on behalf of her, request kind hearts to to help her in buying these medicines that would cost 15,000 per month making a total of 90,000 for 6 months of treatment. An Appeal for Benevolent Hearts…
One of our patients, Mr. K. Balraj, male, aged about 54 years is suffering from throat cancer (CA Hypopharynx) since 2014. He is a casual agricultural coolie from a nearby village. He could not even caster his family- wife and two daughters - with his meager and irregular wages. He is half way through his treatment and has reached the final stage of cancer treatment. However, he cannot afford for cancer treatment, and has appealed for financial help from generous people through our website. He has spent to the tune of Rupees 5,00,000/- (Rs. 5 Lakhs) so far for the treatment/drugs/chemo. etc.,, Now the remaining treatment is estimated around Rs. 90,000/- within the time span of 6 months.
