Sunday Harshamitra Cancer Center, Trichy in association with Indian Medical Association, Dindigul branch conducted a continuing medical education program for the doctors today.
A Panel of all specialities doctors attended this meeting.
Dr.G.Govindaraj and Dr.Sasipriya Govindaraj, directors of Harshamitra cancer center gave a lecture on the impact of oncology in general practice.
Dr. K.MAHALAKSHMI President, Dr D. JOSEPH CHRISTOPHER BABU Secretary and Dr.S DEAN WESLEY Treasurer of IMA dindigul were present.
The role of different specialities in the treatment of cancer patients was explained by the speakers. Such programs help in updating all the different specialists on cancer treatment and thus improve the comprehensive multidisciplinary care of cancer patients.
